Smoking

We guarantee all our guests a non-smoking environment both in The Dining Room and in all our bedrooms. Therefore if smoking is discovered in a bedroom an additional night's charge will apply to cover the fee for the following evening as the room will become unusable.

Booking Acceptance

We require a valid credit or debit card number before a booking can be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We require 5 days notice of any cancellation. A lesser period of notice will result in a 50% charge, however if no notice is given 100% charge will be taken.

Pets

We do accept dogs to stay at an additional £10 per night, guide dogs for the blind are free.
